Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Christmas Cheer Board.

Due to overwhelming response, we are pausing volunteer registraion at this time. As we reevaluate our needs we will provide updates here.

Sponsor a Christmas Hamper - become a part of our Feed-a-Family program. What a great way to celebrate the holiday season with your group. We'll assign you a hamper family and provide you with a list of hamper contents, contact the family, build your hamper, and make arrangements to deliver your hamper.

Group Volunteer Opportunities

Fundraise - Organize your own special event (for example - birthday/dinner parties, concerts, bake sales, auctions, pancake breakfast, casual days). Encourage friends, relatives or colleagues to donate to the Christmas Cheer Board. Approximately half of hamper contents are purchased and paid for through the generosity of Winnipeggers. Please register your event with us. A Christmas Cheer Board administrator will send you our logo for advertising your event. Contact info@christmascheerboard.ca or call (204) 989-5692 to learn more.

Organize a toy drive - Organize donation drop-off locations at your workplace, school, or club.

Family volunteering - Families may wish to make a financial donation, deliver hampers or put together a hamper for a family under the Feed-a-Family program.
