Over 16 000 hampers are distributed to Winnipegers in need.
Three hundred plus warehouse volunteers work long hours.
Hundreds of knitters knit all year, adding that little extra to gifts for children.
Around twenty-five hundred volunteer drivers face cold and slippery roads making sure all hampers are delivered.
Countless individuals, businesses, and organizations donate food & toys as well as financially helping us reach our annual goal to provide for thousands of less fortunate in our city.
Your hard work and commitment makes the Christmas Cheer Board such a special community-based operation!

Read our blog on Canada Help's website with a story how the Christmas Cheer Board made a difference to a family.
The Christmas Cheer Board wishes to acknowledge that we are gathered on Treaty 1 territory, the traditional gathering place of the Anishinaabe, Cree, OjiCree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation.
We respect the Treaties made in this territory. We dedicate ourselves to move forward with Indigenous communities in a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration to make Winnipeg a better place for everyone.
